Paid subscription grants you a commercial license. This license allows you to use the generated art for commercial purposes, You own all the images you create with Midjourney, even if your subscription is no longer active.
You are free to use them however you like, with two small exceptions: If you upscale an image created by another user, that upscale is owned by the original creator, not by you.
It should be mentioned here that by using the services, the creator automatically grants a copyright license to Midjourney, and based on this, Midjourney and its creators can use your images in any way. The exception is images created in paid private mode.
